• Manage the daily business activities including opening/closing the restaurant, monitor hourly sales, team member performance and training, and forecasting staffing needs.• Direct a staff of approximately thirty (30) team members, five (5) shift manager/leaders, and seven (7) supervisors; provide training, motivational feedback and follow-up for performance and job development as needed.• Provide direction to ensure the drive-thru, FOH (front of house) and BOH (back of house) are performing at the optimal level. Assist in providing creative solutions to remove/prevent barriers which impede optimal level performance.

• Research relevant legal materials and information to aid in Partner decision making.• Proactively identify issues with filings and work with court personnel to resolve issues and to understand and clarify information.• Prepare and assemble case materials by collecting and organizing information for legal forms and documents, including complaints, declarations, discovery requests, responses, and summarizing the information.• Research law by studying laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court opinions, including precedents and reasoning, and trends.• Prepare for trial by preparing trial briefs, exhibits, evidence, and motions.• Maintain calendar by entering and updating requirements, court dates, and meetings.
