- Work with partners, customers, and developers to design and build premium staffing solutions for the Salesforce ecosystem- Meet with key partners to transfer knowledge on best practices for the Asymbl product suite, to ensure success across all implementations- Provide advisory services to customers to ensure they gain the maximum benefit from Asymbl products and applications, and personally develop solutions as needed for each build- Manage development tasks to enhance the future state of products through declarative and code based methods; personally design Flow automations and Lightning interface buildouts used in the product

- Provide solutions and improvements for a wide range of challenges built within the Salesforce platform- Manage development team to create, test, and deploy Apex automation; write and track user stories / tickets in Jira; communicate status of project to client- Personally design and implement process automation, application configuration, and record organization for several small to medium sized businesses- Projects built on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service; substantial use of Flow and Process Builder, formulas, dataloader.io / Salesforce Inspector (along with Google Sheets), Experience Builder, Field Service management, user / profile / permission management, reports / dashboards, and various other administrative tools and features

- Improve and maintain Salesforce organization through data management, volunteer coordination, and development of new tools/automation to fit nonprofit’s unique needs- Utilize custom objects, formulas, Process Builder, Workflow, dataloader.io, paths, reports, dashboards, App Builder, and more within Lightning Experience to create complete solutions

Primary Responsibilities: - Produce live web streams for sporting and cultural events- Lead production crew to direct and operate cameras, display graphics, mix audio, and perform other aspects of live broadcasting- Set up all equipment for use in live production, including video switchers, encoders, audio, cabling, and internet- Plan logistics of events prior to arrival, via communication with event directors, facility staff, and IT staff- Major partnership leads include NCAA Cross Country, Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), and Mountain West ConferenceSupplemental Projects:- Work with FloSports' production team to find solutions to technical and logistical problems, and troubleshoot on-site issues- Document technical issues and solutions with thorough written guides - Lead relationship between production and software development team by communicating needs of production, creating tickets and tracking progress in Jira, and relaying pertinent information to team- Salesforce + Production team: Work with admins to produce solutions for our department, personally develop several necessary objects and reports critical to production

- Support the production of Spider-Man Unlimited and an unannounced video game- Responsibilities include updating scrum boards, capturing promotional footage, and performing bug tests - Facilitate and manage focus groups, create surveys, and follow with analysis reports - Assist in the porting of iOS games to Android devices- Wrote guide for Jira software

- Develop curriculum for new Mobile App design class- Educate and assist employees in GameSalad Creator and class operation- Teach Video Game and Mobile App design to children ages 8-14
