As a BCR for Pepsi, I hold many similar responsibilities as I did while employed at Choice. My team and I cover four stores in the Lake Wylie area daily, while working through nearly four times the product that I had been used to in comparison. This is also a supervisory role as I am required to allocate some of the workload to my merchandisers in order to complete our work e ciently, while also ordering within daily time constraints. In the time I have been on my current sales route I have boasted 30% sales growth within my first month, while maintaining nearly 25% YTD growth compared to last year’s sales numbers.
