Oversaw the maintenance, records, inspections, and staff training for the challenge course at two camp locations.

Working in middle management, hiring, training, scheduling, and developing our team of climbing wall and youth development teams. In addition to these responsibilities, I play an integral role in establishing standards, strategic planning, data analysis, and vision casting for the Center.

Working to establish standards, curriculum and programming at the Kroc Center Climbing Wall. Working with instructors and climbing staff to develop coaching skills and teaching a wide range of climbing class including outdoor climbing facilitation.

Instructed Advanced Alpine Skiing to all ages.

Taught Skiing in a one on one and group format, including beginning students and advanced skiers. This experience cultivated an understand of teaching as the expansion of others context while quickly connecting with them as students.

Working with a team to provide excellent outdoor experiences to youth who can't easily access such trips. I worked to establish diverse back-country meals, scout new routes for our organization, functioned as lead mountaineering guide for many trips for both youth and adults.

Worked as a facilitator for the college in a very part time basis facilitating groups and designed and led a custom challenge experience for a large client group of high school students.
