He is a Certified Forensic Investigations Professional with numerous specialized and strategic security and safety training attended from distinguished Institutions and Organizations as the Emergency Management Institute of the U.S Department of Homeland Security, the United States Institute of Peace, the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS), Geneva Center for Security Sector Governance, etc. Caleb attended National Security and Leadership training from the National Leadership Institute Kyankwanzi, and the Non-Commissioned Officers Command College in Jinja, both with Uganda Peoples Defense Forces.
