• Serve as IT Security Deputy Director to provide a link of communication between IT leadership and Information Security team and perform IT Security Director duties as needed • Assist in the initiation, development, maintenance, review, and revision of policies and procedures for implementation at the OSU and branch A&M campuses upon Board of Regents and OSU President approval• Build, distribute, and analyze internal and external risk assessments designed to identify deficiencies within the OSU system or with third-party vendors• Construct and deliver on enterprise-level projects such as the creation of a Service Catalog and implementation of an Institutional Data Management Program• Identify and improve Key Performance Indicators related to Information Security• Integrate ITIL framework recommendations into IT Security processes and procedures

• Assist in ticket operations for Oklahoma State Athletics and visiting teams in the sports of football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, soccer, softball, and golf. • Conduct calls related and customer service-related requests for ticket sales• Create invoices related to ticket sales through Oklahoma State Athletics• Utilize data entry software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to run gameday operations• Organize and file documents in accordance to NCAA regulations

• Operate LED video boards at Gallagher-Iba Arena• Conduct scrolling advertisements at Gallagher-Iba Arena• Handle all repairs of malfunctioning advertisement equipment at Gallagher-Iba Arena• Use data entry skills to create invoices in Microsoft Excel• Assist with game day promotions related to advertisements
