CurrentResponsible for consulting with leaders throughout the enterprise, while leading project and program teams focused in the following areas:Mentoring/Coaching; Data Analysis; Team Dynamics; Culture Development; Performance Management; Organizational Analysis and Development; Training Facilitation (ILT and VILT); ROI Analysis; Design Thinking Workshops; Assessments & Debriefs; Executive assessment & development; Development in the DEI space; etc.I also get to support, develop, and collaborate with leaders in both corporate and field/talent solutions operations, at almost all levels, from front-line to sr. leaders.
