Working as an associate scientist, I was responsible for planning and executing experiments involving biochemical reactions, separations, and other processing steps. Experiments I led largely involved diagnosing and remediating offsets between lab scale and manufacturing scale. I was also involved in lab operations activities including sample management leadership and 5S leadership.

With Eurofins, I was deeply involved in assisting client execution of upstream process development experiments using small and large scale bioreactors. I led a variety of initiatives, including equipment management and procedure revisions. I supported my team as a Group Lead, assisting with career development and team strategy.

I researched under Dr. Noshadi in Rowan's Chemical Engineering department working on smart tissue for organ engineering and wound healing. I led a team that uses electrochemical techniques and cell culture to investigate the therapeutic properties of biocompatible materials.

Working for University Publications, I was responsible for a wide variety of tasks ranging from archiving historical documents to streamlining office logistics. I also helped to manage sales and inventory of the Houshmand's Hazardous Hot Sauce initiative.

At Arkema, I worked to create a database for environmental records for the King of Prussia site spanning 5 years. I also updated and improved a Sharepoint site to help communicate health and safety information to the personnel at the KoP site.

PROS gave me the opportunity to help acclimate student groups of 20-40 students to the Rowan campus. To accomplish this task, I developed my public speaking skills and worked alongside a diverse team of other students.
