My name is Caleb and I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with over five years of experience in customer service, hospitality, training, administration, and leadership across multiple industries. I also have experience in translating data for meaningful business decision-making. I am currently pursuing a degree in business marketing at UCCS and get excited about serving others, driving innovation, and working collaboratively as part of a team.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with some phenomenal organizations such as Chick-Fil-A, Glen Eyrie Castle, and The Navigators. At Chick-Fil-A, I held the position of Drive-Thru Captain at the number one location in Colorado, where I led teams of up to 14 people. Additionally, as a front-of-house trainer, I had the responsibility of training team members in various positions within the restaurant. During my time at Glen Eyrie, I worked in both Housekeeping and Event Services, where I refined my communication, and problem-solving skills, and learned the art of hospitality.I currently work on the Donor Care Team at The Navigators in Colorado Springs, where I continue to develop my customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in addition to mastering programs such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.Throughout my experience in diverse and unique work environments, I've grown a heart for people.
