- Improved vendor billing by issuing $25,000 in vendor prepayments, sending 275 ePayment invitations/month to save the company $6,000/year, and coached Gift Curation Team members with their 8,000 vendor network. - Managed Customer Success by resolving nearly 12,000 FreshDesk tickets, conducting 3,600 Aircall phone calls, and holding 1,500 FreshChat conversations. - Held bi-weekly Product Review meetings with Head of Development and Client Success Coach on UX and feature improvements for a product that serves 4,000 paying, active subscribers. - Contributed to Quality Control and Risk Management by reconciling 125 redemption incidents which increased customer confidence in the product.

- Communicated with approximately 120 vendor partners each month to determine the gift details for upcoming gift campaigns and review training materials. - Inquired after vendors about campaign payments that had either expired or been returned, issued new payments thereby saving thousands of dollars for small business partners.

- Conducted research on small business ecosystems across the country, compiling dozens of lists in Google Sheets that totaled over 1000 local vendors. - Started a volunteering program for LoLo which has since then committed over 400 hours of volunteer work with almost a dozen different organizations.

- Oversaw dishwashing, cleaned and sanitized workplace and equipment.- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making hor d'oeuvres, and assembling entrees.- Supervised the event setup process, making sure that everything was clean and orderly.
