Coordinate with Account Managers the status of various patient accounts. Communicate with doctors in receiving necessary information for accounts. Connect with patients, when needed, to fill information holes and further their process in getting CPAP equipment. Contact Medicare and other DME companies to acquire patient history. Have a vast knowledge of what CPAP equipment we provide and the process in which patient accounts must go through to be thoroughly filled.

Connect with customers in the store by sharing information I have of various products. Have a knowledge of all of the products and product categories in my respective department. Obtain trust with customers by connecting relationally whether they buy or not. Having a friendly attitude and a solution oriented mind to best serve those I work with - customers and coworkers.
