I currently work at Help Hope Solutions as a Registered Behavioral Technician. I have grown so much professionally since employment, and I look forward to continue to develop the confidence that comes with both time and consistency. Being awarded RBT of the Month twice within 6 months of employment has been deeply encouraging to me. It feels good to know that I am making a remarkable difference at HHS. I feel honored, encouraged, and empowered to continue to deliver top-notch ABA therapy to my clients. I currently implement ABA therapy in one-on-one sessions across eight different clients. In addition to this, I lead lunch groups, implement playdate sessions, and help facilitate group activities. It brings me so much joy to help my clients develop essential life skills, overcome challenges, and cultivate independence! My heart is to see my clients grow and flourish so they can live more fulfilling, healthy lives. This field is my career and my home. My core values and beliefs are in deep alignment with this occupation and I feel called to grow in my responsibilities and professional experience. I am planning to pursue a master's degree in Behavioral Analysis with the intention of sitting for the BCBA Exam. The road ahead is long and challenging, but I am so excited to go on this adventure.
