Developed, assembled, and led the team responsible for the digitization of the Andrea Aranow Textile Design Collection (40,000+ objects) and the creation of the Textile Hive visual database.

Conceived and led the launch of Portland Textile Month in 2018 with a core team of talented volunteers. Managed designers to establish the festival’s visual identity and collaborated with writers and marketing team members to create newsletters and social media campaigns to launch and promote the festival. Developed the strategy and technical infrastructure, designing and overseeing the festival website, while also spearheading the creation of sister Textile Months in three Japanese cities. Led fundraising efforts through grant applications and sponsorships and launched the companion site, TextileX, in 2019.Adapted the festival strategy during the pandemic with an evolving team of dedicated volunteers (2020) and paid producers (2021 onward), introducing virtual events and community-driven projects.Developed grant proposals for the Vibrant Spaces (2022) and Interlaced Communities (2023) event series. Secured and managed the Origins & Legacies Gallery and community space (2024).Created and developed the festival’s annual themes and prompts: Exchange (2019), Reuse and Repair (2020), New Traditions (2021), Regeneration (2022), Mixed Identities (2023), Origin Stories (2024), and Legacies (2025)

Provided comprehensive digitization solutions for large scale digital archiving projects serving institutional, private, and corporate collections. Responsible for project management, imaging, database development, digital asset management, information architecture, data visualizations, narrative storytelling, and application design. Select clients included Target, Columbia Sportswear, and Les Enphants.
