The Rhythm of Happiness Workshops are hands-on experiences intended for companies, teams, and private clients. By using rhythm and drumming, these transformational deep-dives provide groups the opportunity to work on creativity, playfulness, and mindfulness, ultimately leading to more happiness in workplaces and communities. What began as a docu-series in 2017 that followed the travels of drummer Caleb Spaulding, has continued evolving to create moments of deep connection inspired by Rhythm. The show took, and continues to take, Caleb around the world to explore the power of rhythm and to demonstrate how rhythm can generate happiness, positivity, and deeper human connection. It explores historical and contemporary drumming, dance, music, and beats as Caleb works to prove all human beings have rhythm.
