Designed and performed an experimental study on whether bilingual readers of two orthographically transparent languages, Bulgarian and German, exhibit advantages in cognitive flexibility, specifically linguistic flexibility. Literature review and subsequent formulation of hypotheses were conducted individually, while participants were recruited with the help of two other researchers performing similar work. Data acquisition and analysis was done through the use of advanced data-based methods.

An experimental study was conducted to determine whether motor learning might lead to changes in audio-visual speech perception. Tasks were developed and set-up in cooperation with the thesis supervisor. Literature review and the formulation of the hypothesis were conducted alone, along with the analysis of the resulting data.
