After Operations Support came Inside Sales Support. This was vital in the learning curve on process flow and acquiring the back office knowledge that goes into each and every project. I have now moved into an Outside Sales position. Outside Sales allows me to deal with customers on the day-to-day projects as well as keeping me engaged within the Higher-Ed networks, giving customers the time they need everyday to make sure their networks are always exceeding expectations.
