Interact with multiple, diverse departments within the IU Health South Central Region in the planning for and implementation of projects. Related duties include assessment of opportunities and project feasibility, arranging evaluations, developing comparative analyses of products, writing and presenting justification findings, working with vendors and committees to find efficient and cost-effective solutions, and managing implementations. Projects range from within a single department to multi-entity and external in nature, with varying needs for design, development of written scope of work, and the management of time, cost, risk, communications, contracts, resources, staff, and quality. Bloomington, Indiana Area

As the HRIS administrator for IU Health Bloomington, I am Responsible for the administration, coordination, and development of the key Human Resources Information Systems and serve as the principal interface between the Hospital and approved vendors. Primarily responsible for the Performance and Learning Management databases of employee data, course catalog, its maintenance, organization, and integration with other Bloomington Hospital systems. I work closely with hospital leadership and approved vendors to ensure upgrades for hardware and software are managed effectively and efficiently. This includes website technical architecture, related hardware and managing system's connectivity. Additionally, I consult with organizational leaders to form guidance councils and oversight committees that will create and enforce policies around content, e-learning delivery, and tracking of participation in education and training programs, as well as how licensures are tracked and maintained in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Coordinate between other system champions (HR, Payroll, Labor and Analytics, and Information Communication and Technology) to ensure that all HRIS systems are proactively meeting the needs of the organization.

Information and Communication Technology Specialist at a major Southern Indiana Hospital. Provide quality support to users of all hospital computer systems. Position requires a high level of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Assist in the resolution of user and support issues via walk-ins, fax, telephone, email, letters and callbacks. Coordinate user and support issues utilizing other IT Support Services staff.

Lead Contractor at a major Southern Indiana Hospital accountable for the PC and Equipment Inventory Project. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: Directing the day to day activities of the project team, maintaining excellent relations with the department heads, ensuring all company assets were processed according to client provided guidelines and providing daily updates to the Information Services Help Desk Manager.

Leveraged integrated training techniques to communicate effectively with different types of students to ensure that the material being reviewed was understood and retained. Daily responsibilities included maintaining a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures, monitor environmental conditions and keep them within established limits and driving the overall customer service experience. Within three months of employment received additional duties supporting the Operations Manager with inventory and expense reporting, data entry and supply management.
