I am a student at Arkansas State University majoring in Creative Media Production. My career goals include, but are not limited to Film Directing, SNL Director/ Producer, and Cinematography. Hailing from DeQueen High School, I was in one of the best High School Television Production organization in the nation. I constantly raised the bar for myself and others while my teacher, coach, and mentor challenged and pushed me along the way. I transferred into DeQueen High School in the middle of my junior year and I had to push myself to catch up and and become as good and even better than the veteran students in what we call DQTV; taught by none other than the 2024 Arkansas Teacher of the Year, Beau McCastlain. I've had the opportunity to travel across the nation competing against the best media students there are, winning national and state awards along the way. I am a proud alum of DHS, a proud STN National Honors Society alum, and a proud National Honors Society alum. Graduating in the top 5% of my class, I am proud to say that I will never stop pushing myself to be the best that I can possibly be. At A-State, I am a member of ASU-TV, and a future member of SGA. I have a positive outlook on life, knowing one day I will be what I have dreamt to be.
