Caleb is a Supervisory Examiner and serves as the CRA Program Manager in the Consumer Affairs unit of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. In this role, he leads process improvement, training, and examination responsibilities related to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) within the Federal Reserve's Eighth District. Prior to his current role, he served as an Examiner/Senior Analyst supporting both the Consumer Affairs & Supervision Policy, Research and Analysis (SPRA) teams at the St. Louis Fed.Before joining the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Caleb was a member of the Fair & Responsible Banking team of UMB Financial Corporation, the holding company of UMB Bank, where he worked with the practical and regulatory aspects of the CRA.He is currently pursuing his PhD in Public & Social Policy from Saint Louis University (SLU). His research interests include social behavior and consumer banking, the current and future state of banking/financial services, and the efficacy of banking policy/regulation. He earned his Master of Public Administration (MPA) from SLU and his Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, in Political Science and a minor in African & African-American Studies from the University of Kansas.
