Senior Communications Specialist
Current- Developed an internal communications plan for the Internal Support, Payments & SASTeC Division, creating guiding principles, objectives, strategies and tactics- Implement strategic plan across 200+ employees across Law Enforcement, Cash, Facilities, Guest Services, Division Support and technology units- Counsel department managers on communication best practices- Develop articles, graphics, presentations and web content for employee awareness and training- Serve as Communications Lead for Bank-wide program Workplace Strategy, a major, years-long phased implementation and development of hybrid work environments, construction to revamp common space and workstation areas, and re-stacking moves across all Bank Divisions- Organize Division Town Halls (quarterly) and set agenda topics/speakers for Manager Meetings (monthly)- Draft and deploy Division-wide and Bank-wide communications
