I am the Managing Partner at Elzen-West Development Partners where we derisk, design and provide innovative designs and excellence in execution. Our vertically integrated approach helps us help others with development deals between 2-20M and we pull on our 40 year history of project delivery in Western Canada. By being able to galvanize a team of highly skilled and high character men and women around me, I am able to get clients further,faster. Some of my accomplishments come from growing a construction firm from 0-15 staff for a few very profitable years before COVID, spending six figures in courses, books flights and real estate training, pivoting to helping my business owner investors embrace technology during covid to survive and thrive and invest more with me, creating a family trust to steward the next generation of real estate, and continuing to be committed to doing the work to unpack and overcome childhood traumas so I can be the best husband, father and business partner possible. The human experience is a fickle mistress and there's always more to self realize and integrate with conscious awareness so you do not destroy those you love most because of feelings one would rather not feel. My core competencies are sales, emotional intelligence, communication, and business innovation. I help people derisk and then crush real estate deals between 2-20M,while building and galvanizing high-skill and high-character teams. I also streamline the sales and marketing process for companies and support their sales teams.My mission is to systematically buy back time and help those who help others, through excellent service and financial advancement. I believe that business is simple, easy, and fun, and that every interaction matters. By being excellent at this will allow high quality people I serve to spend more time with those they love ,allowing me to invest my time in the same way. Both create better communities and leave a legacy that will surpass my time on earth and I think that's pretty noble and fulfilling to pursueI'm the type of person who takes being entrusted with things really seriously and one that values high trust relationships. I am the type of man that shows up for those he cares for, doesn't make excuses and knows how to create boundaries to his time and helps others guard theirs. I do hard things and I am capable man and people value and trust the things I have to say.
