Captures Co. is an LLC focused on capturing moments and content for clients with various forms of media. This role includes coordinating objectives with customers and working one-on-one with each of them to capture the objective of their content creation.Responsibilities of a freelance content creator span across various formats such as photo and video. This position calls for the planning, executing, and editing of each content session. This process culminates in high quality videos and photographs delivered to each client.

Within this committee, this role is to create and lead programming such as mental health presentations and small group discussions to help battle the stigma of men's mental health. This role includes many different facets of recruitment, including leading recruitment and interview training workshop presentations. This committee is also tasked with reviewing each year's recruitment process and finding ways to improve efficiency and improve quality of accepted candidates. This position also requires the organization of over 180 members during the recruitment process, placing individuals into roles best suited for their skills.

This position is to capture all organization events in photograph and video form to promote on various forms of social media. This content is then dispersed to various target markets: alumni, undergraduates, and potential new members. This role also includes a semesterly headshot production to provide members with free professional headshots. Photos and videos are edited within Adobe Suite platforms (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) within a 72 hour period to provide a finalized product to promote.

The role of the Director of Chapter Excellence (DOCE) is to serve in an advisor role to the President and Executive Board of Sigma Phi Epsilon (Florida Alpha chapter). Also, this role serves to review performance data and feedback to provide guidance on policies, events, and procedures to develop and improve chapter-wide advancement. This position is responsible for overseeing the completion of chapter award applications at national and local levels, and working in tandem with the Executive Board to select and nominate individuals with specifically applicable national and campus awards.

Warrington Welcome is an "Introduction to Business" course offered to freshmen in the Heavener School of Business at the University of Florida. It's a course intended to help students successfully transition into the university as well as immerse themselves within the business school. This class (GEB2015) is co-instructed by a Heavener staff member and an upperclassman student leader.A Peer Leader's role is primarily to be a resource for freshman business students to connect with the Heavener School of Business. Through lectures and individual one-on-one meetings, a Peer Leader educates each student on how to adjust to college and prepare for career readiness. In addition to weekly lectures, Peer Leaders are responsible for grading assignments, meeting with students, and providing resources and connections to advance academic and professional endeavors.

Warrington Welcome consistently seeks to recruit the next group of Peer Leaders (PL) within the Warrington College of Business. This role includes many different facets of equitable recruitment, including leading recruitment presentations and advertising to potential Peer Leaders. This committee is also tasked with redesigning each year's PL application process and materials to provide equitable recruitment, then reviewing and grading those applications. This position also includes leading interview workshops for applicant finalists and subsequently conducting the final interviews to choose accepted candidates.

The Warrington Welcome Engagement Committee serves to uplift and build the Peer Leader (PL) community. This position is tasked with the planning, budgeting, execution, and photography of the monthly Peer Leader social events designed to build relationships within the organization. Also, this role assists to design monthly forum activities centered around teaching Peer Leaders about a characteristic of servant leadership. Lastly, this committee executes the yearly Peer Leader retreat in which newly recruited PLs are welcomed into the community with introductions and team building activities through a five hour retreat.

This role is to become a mentor for a newly recruited Peer Leader and assist their efforts within the Peer Leader training course. Throughout the semester training course and beyond, mentors are encouraged to meet weekly with their mentee to provide wisdom and advice on how to be an effective Peer Leader within the organization.

Within the Warrington Welcome program, one of our biggest goals is to develop freshman business students' DE&I competencies. This role on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee serves to reinforce certain DE&I practices in our Introduction to Business classrooms by leading workshops hosted for all Peer Leaders and Staff Instructors. We also review class topics and lessons concerning DE&I and adjust any teaching materials as necessary. This committee also takes an active effort to review the Peer Leader application process to eliminate any biases and promote equitable recruitment. Perhaps the most important responsibility of this role is to assist in hosting the Human Library. This DE&I event, open to all freshman business students, takes place once a semester and highlights unique life stories from a variety of volunteers referred to as 'Books.' This event serves to expand students' worldview and promote empathetic listening to others with different backgrounds.

Stars International Studios is West Palm Beach's premier multimedia recording studio. Stars International Studio offers dozens of multimedia services such as podcast recording, broadcasting, video production, social media management, photography, livestreaming, music production, and more.Responsibilities of a summer intern include monitoring and assisting in each recording session on site, applying expertise to state of the art equipment and productions. Also, summer interns are tasked with building relations with clients, brainstorming ideas for productions, and creating clients' visions into reality.In the videography facet of this role, employees operate with Blackmagic equipment shooting various projects in 6K resolution. They are also expected to be adept in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Davinci Resolve, and piece the final deliverables together using each of these programs.Summer interns are expected to be adaptable. They must be familiar and adept with all types of equipment and content creation services offered, providing the ultimate customer experience for clients.

Dance Marathon at the University of Florida (DM at UF) is the largest student-run and highest fundraising philanthropy in the Southeast. This organization raises money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospital, UF Health Shands Children's Hospital. Multimedia Captains are responsible for several different aspects of this amazing organization.Multimedia Captains are tasked with capturing 100+ photo or video files at each Dance Marathon event to share on social media. They then edit, sort, and upload the best quality files according to specific DM brand guidelines within a 24 hour time frame using softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. Also included within this position is fundraising and raising awareness for the Children's Miracle Network, which aims to provide groundbreaking research and world-class care for patients with pediatric illnesses.

Khanna House Studios is a podcast and content creation studio. In the roles of photographer and videographer, employees are expected to coordinate objectives with clients and produce content deliverables. Videographers are tasked with producing podcast productions utilizing multiple angles, audio files, and lighting equipment. Another facet of a videographer's role is to travel on-site to capture interview soundbites, B-roll footages, and creative visual shots to edit together in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro as a client deliverable.Photographers similarly either work within the studio or on-site. This role coordinates lighting equipment to capture professional headshots, as well as capturing photos of various events and organizations within the community. Photographers are then tasked to edit within a 48 hour turnaround cycle in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to produce hundreds of final images.
