I consider myself a "Jack of all trades". With experience in some different areas, I was able to learn and absorb diverse qualities of each and apply to any task I come to assume, either in life or at my workplace.Having a wide range of experience in different industries taught me that there's no skill that you learn that can be applied in only one way. Everything will build a sort of lateral mindset that will help with adaptability and flexibility to overcome no matter which challenge you come across.But the most important in any of the areas that I would work, and what made me quick to learn and to become dominant, was finding extremely easy to communicate.In my opinion, being communicative opens doors in all ways. To learn or to teach a new skill, to report to authority, to deal with a staff problem, or whatever situation that involves another individual, you got to be direct and clear on your approach.I'm a kind of professional that likes to take initiative, to be resilient, that believes that there's no "I" in “TEAM”, and no one can reach greatness on their own. When you help a business grow, regardless if its your own or someone else's, you will develop yourself with it, and I know for sure that there's always a way to find space to improve your skills even more.
