I am responsible for recommending, configuring, deploying and managing client infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, servers, hypervisors and virtualization technologies, NAS devices, wireless, backup infrastructure, and cloud integration in an MSP model.I currently hold the technical lead role for MSP clients up to and exceeding 130 users per client. This includes client relations, client onboarding, documentation, network and server configuration and maintenance, as well as recommending solutions to meet client specific needs as equipment reaches EOL or no longer fills it's intended purpose. I perform client workstation support as needed, and as a senior escalation engineer as part of our escalation team.I'm actively involved in working closely with the executive board for developing our security offerings for our managed clients, making recommendations as to the devices and configurations we implement in our client's production environments based on client needs, NIST, PCI, HIPPA, CSC or other applicable framework that may be required.I have included documentation I created for an Anti-Ransomware offering we provide to our clients. Responsibilities included implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting small to medium sized corporate and residential networks. Configuration of network equipment including Cisco and Meraki firewalls, Cisco Catalyst switches, Windows Server 2003-2016 as well as Meraki, Cisco, and Ruckus wireless solutions.

I worked alongside the owner of the company to resolve all client issues in a small business and residential setting. I handled all network deployment and configuration as well as server maintenance and desktop support.
