In addition to my role as a Software Engineer, I also served as a Scrum Master in the team, with the mission to improve our agile culture and processes. I could drive all Scrum Ceremonies and empower colleagues in their roles, removing impediments in their roads.I am a Scrum Trainer at SAP and I've had the experience to conduct a Scrum Course with 5 days of duration.

Working in SAP Data Intelligence product, the SAP Data Management solution for data orchestration.In my role as a full-time Software Engineer, I specialize in a range of topics related to system management, including persistency, scheduling, routing, authentication, and authorization. I work specifically on the application server for our product, leveraging my expertise to develop and maintain a robust and secure system. Through my work, I have developed an understanding of these critical components and have become adept at applying this knowledge to improve our overall product performance.- Handle a range of customer and internal incidents on a daily basis, leveraging my skills to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.- At the final stage of investigation, I create root cause analyses and runbooks, helping to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.- CI/CD topics and vulnerabilities triaging;- Driving/updating onboarding by working closely with colleagues, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members in the onboarding;- Created and facilitated both internal and external technical workshops. These workshops have provided an excellent platform for sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation across the organization. I believe that continuous learning is critical for success in any field, and I am always eager to share my expertise and learn from others.
