Optimizing autonomous robot strategies by combining human input and on-the-fly decisions based on the ever-changing nature of the competition.

Researching and prototyping over a dozen different miniaturized hydroponics systems that will be deployed to classrooms and homes.

Rebuilt team after high leadership turnover due to graduating seniors and adult mentor departures. Awarded the Principal’s Leadership award for work keeping the team alive and competitive.

Overhauled the codebase to follow current FRC standards. Reduced time spent maintaining codebase by over 50% by driving the transition from a disparate set of libraries to a simpler, cohesive library. Led and taught a team of five students.

Oversaw all non-technical aspects of the team including fundraising, recruiting, community outreach, and more.Raised over $20,000 for team expenses.Led two rounds of recruiting that tripled the size of the team.
