I oversaw approximately a dozen student assistants who helped with soccer on match days and in the office. In January 2018, I promoted the program's highest-drafted player in the National Women's Soccer League Draft with the #StateToTheLeague hashtag.As the primary contact for the men's tennis, I promoted the team's best season in 20 years in addition to highlighting the achievements of one of the program's most decorated players. I traveled to cover the team's first SEC Tournament title since 1996 and accompanied the team for the NCAA Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C. I maintain the season stats packet in addition to noting updates in the record book. I also gained valuable event management experience, serving as the media coordinator for the 2018 NCAA Men's Tennis 1st & 2nd Rounds in Starkville, MS. I also led the men's tennis Twitter account that earned the most interactions on the platform in 2018.In my time as primary contact for cross country, I traveled with the teams to meets while providing social media content throughout the trips. On meet days, I would shoot action photos of each race. After shooting photos, I would create galleries of the best shots on HailState.com using SIDEARMSports' galleries function. Through this experience, I developed a love and greater appreciation for sports photography. Macon, Ms

Spent an entire summer at a Christian camp in the middle of a 50,000 acre pine forest in rural East Mississippi. Was a counselor for 9 camps during which I was in charge of a cabin of 6-10 boys of different age groups. During the other weeks was on workstaff, where I accomplished behind-the-scenes tasks as assigned, such as: washing dishes, cleaning, working ropes course, and other duties as assigned. Also will work ropes course for weekend retreats during the offseason.

Spent 8 weeks with 13 other individuals at a Christian camp in the middle of a 50,000 acre pine forest in East Mississippi. Mostly behind the scenes jobs such as washing dishes, serving food in meal lines, garbage duty, working ropes course (rock wall and zipline), working various shops (snack shop, rec hall counter, and gift store), etc.
