In this role, I developed, debugged, and maintained code for wafer level DRAM testing. I also supported R&D and Product Engineering. The position required a thorough understanding of semiconductor device physics, DRAM architecture and functionality, algorithmic test pattern generation, and statistical yield analysis.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

At Quartzdyne, I maintained product reliability testing for ASIC circuits used in high temperature applications, determining root cause of failed circuits. I also designed and built tools for circuit testing, implementing I2C and MODBUS communication protocols and assisted engineering staff with prototype/new product development, new ASIC characterization.
