Once the report is complete I am responsible for the ongoing management of the client to ensure they are happy with our services.- I have been involved with accessing and using AWS for multiple clients, as well as coding with Python, creating customer portals to host their reports, writing custom DAX measures for customers specific KPI's, querying SQL servers to create live dataflows, using API's to connect to systems and live data feeds, making regular use of SSRS and SSIS and much more.- The BI team has a service board which we are all responsible for, we have a specific time frame in which we have to reply to all new tickets, this service board contains a lot of internal requests which we also have to action.
