Researched and developed data set for Dr. Mark Hoekstra for an Economic Research paper he hopes to publish. Discussed and brainstormed the design of the research.

Processed applications from graduate students requesting financial assistance as they present research. Frequently communicated with students and resolved conflict over discrepancies within the application process. Using Excel, organized and refined the process while documenting procedures for future workers.

Developed three 20-50 page lesson plans that communicated complex statistical concepts. Researched and compiled formulas, explanations, and examples from cluster analysis, inter-rater-reliability, and logistic regression. Using the programming languages, R-Markdown and ISLE, produced three modules fit for teaching these concepts in an understandable, interactive, and engaging way. Worked independently, but frequently presented updates to and cooperated with Dr. Rodney Sturdivant, Dr. Joshua Patrick, and Dr. Michael Gallagher.

Organized files and edited them for clarity. Summarized accident material and drafted two Demand Letters for personal injury cases. Communicated with other law firms and businesses to retrieve documents and needed information.

Assisted kids aged Elementary School to High School in their math skills by creating learning plans and establishing strong study habits. Supervised two to four students at a time and worked through difficult problems when needed. Corrected students in a constructive manner and maintained a healthy working environment.
