Capture Manager
Current- Track RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs at the state, local, and federal level to identify the best possible opportunities to pursue in each local market - Responsible for business development, win theme development, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing strategy recommendations, and action plans for any RFPs/contracts selected for pursuit- Lead pre-proposal shaping activities and capture activities during the proposal and post-submittal phases, leading opportunities toward high win probability- Coordinate and facilitate Proposal Review meetings (IPRs, Blue Team, Red Team meetings, etc.) with partners and Subcontractors- Develop and maintain high quality relationships with system integrators and next-gen technology partners where advantageous- Build and maintain a robust archive of Brooksource past performance for use in future competitive proposal efforts- Develop new sales documents, case studies, one-pagers and other marketing materials in support of the Government Sales team
