Assistant Manager, Team Member Services, Hr
Current- Ensure all Company’s products and policies are up-to-date at the Center and being delivered toTeam Members;
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate;
- Manage ad-hoc programs and other special internal employee relations and advancementactivities, in coordination with the different team or organization as appropriate.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, andincrease productivity and retention;
- Preparing high level of data collection and analysis reports to serve a variety of functional needs asper manager assigned.
- Provide advice to Superiors and Team Members to resolve specific problems relating to enquires,payroll matters, complaints, counseling with particular attention to grievance case managementduties.
