 Ensure that the marketing function is developing and initiating new programs and ways to get business to our store locations. Oversee/manage the job performance of interns, community outreach members and graphic designer. Acquires data on the behavior of both current and potential customers. Analyzes data for use in advertising, promotions, inventory, and brand awareness. Researches competing brands, businesses, and products in order to identify strengths and weaknesses. Proposes possible responses based on research findings. Implements marketing and advertising campaigns and strategies. Reaches out to surrounding community for feedback. Acts as a representative at Company-sponsored events. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Swiss Farms and drive qualified traffic. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Experiment with a variety of content, creation, and pay per click campaigns, performance analysis and more. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors. In control of marketing budget and be a part of the decision-making process to invest funds wisely. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals Create advertisements, campaigns, contests and post engaging content on all social media platforms for Swiss Farms Manage all advertising channels and publications in a timely manner while sticking within the marketing budget.

As the social media manager, I was responsible for daily marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the restaurants customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, photos, video and written) on the restaurant's Facebook page.

As the restaurant's proofreader, I was in charge of making sure that the text of any and all products that involved writing was free of any errors, while ensuring that the products were engaging and accessible to all readers/ potential customers.

As managing editor, I oversaw multiple direct-mail-consumer magazines in the United States as a part of a centralized team driving the launch of 3,500 community magazines in the U.S. and 6,000 worldwide. I was responsible for each magazine, which included working with the local chamber of commerce in each community, as well as local and state public relations, marketing firms, businesses, nonprofits and schools. Each magazine required managing a budget per publication, writing and editing stories, sourcing content, overseeing stringers, interviewing contributors, complete magazine layout, and final edit and approval of each magazine, each month. I handled and produced 11 community magazines per month, in five different states and three different time zones. I was also responsible for conducting learning seminars and training for new hires. I never missed an editorial deadline throughout my entire time in hibu.

• Attended borough township meetings:• Ability to quickly record the weekly discussions and put into short, newsworthy article forms which would be published both digitally and in print form for the residents in various communities. • People Polls Interviewer:This included coming up with interview questions, interviewing incoming customers, recording their responses and putting it into a short article form, fitting length restraints.
