As the Chief Executive Coordinator at NAAPS, my main job is to process in the work orders from our vendors into our clients. I generally oversee all work orders before they are uploaded as well as coordinate and translate contractors bids to fit the clients needs and requests. I communicate frequently with contractors as well as client representatives. I compose and and design company documents such as the new hire packets for contractors and employee's, the company invoice and letterhead, and our personalized website's user guide. I am a salaried employee and can be reached through e-mail pretty much 24/7. I work crazy hours but could not ask for a better place of employment!
