I have accepted a short-term role with a non-profit (Sewa International) as Case Manager for Harvey Disaster Relief efforts. The organization received a grant from Greater Houston Community Foundation (https://ghcf.org/) to identify and assist from 2017 Dec. to 2018 April clients with individual/family needs resulting from Harvey, including development of recovery plan, screening for duplication of benefits, and providing access to resources. A team of 20 DCM reached and helped close to 2000 people not only providing DCM but also financial help for basic needs, furniture and clothing to impacted families after hurricane Harvey
