Securing both sales and customer relations is being delivered via the team I lead. As well as my own contribution as a KAM to some of Ennovas larger clients. In my role towards clients I focus extensively on their customer value, how we can connect the data driven information into insights that creates better employee engagement, better organizations, better leadership all with the aim of delivering business value. The use of HR analytics and data in order to deliver this insight is key.I also lead our Nordic consultancy team, and lead different internal change projects. Part of the role is of course focused on the strategic workforce planning of the team and company as a whole. Implementing new ways of working, and establishing new ways of delivering. I am passionate about my work and clients, as well as leading my team with enthusiasm, integrity, joy and securing we reach of potential and perform.

I worked in the employee research and consulting division within Kantar Sifo between 1999 - 2012. In my projects, I was mainly focused on people and organizational performance issues and how to address them in line with the business strategy. I have extensive work experience internationally (worked as a consultant in 25+ countries), conducted numerous research and change management projects for our clients in different cultures and countries. I am fluent in English and Swedish. The leadership role meant managing different teams within the Kantar organization. Project assistants, data managers in IT development, a Nordic team of project managers, project managers only in Sweden and so on. However, I have always had the team performance at heart, and securing we deliver with high personal enthusiasm and integrity.
