Responsible for nationwide leadership talent acquisition strategy including a heavy focus on diversity initiatives. LinkedIn's global marketing team sought to inspire every member of the global workforce to reach their full potential. As S&O lead, I built a high performing team by aligning our team's mission with strategic objectives and operational directives. I served as a connective tissue between the creative studio, researchers, operators and communications professionals. Additionally, I project managed the marketing integration post-acquisition by Microsoft.

Leader of LinkedIn's member facing veterans program responsible for building innovative programs focused on connecting our 2.2 million military and veteran members with LinkedIn's Economic Graph. Co-Authored the LinkedIn Veteran Insights Report and "LinkedIn for Veterans" Course on Lynda.com. Testified before Congress on veteran employment innovation in May 2015. Additional responsibilities include leading LinkedIn's veteran employee resource group and strategic advisor to LinkedIn's diversity recruiting team.

PatriotMove was a digital military community designed to create stability in the lives of service members and their families.

Received four years of world class leadership training and directly led various operational units from 100 to 3 Marines in combat and peacetime environments globally. Led an Afghan advisor team that lived, trained, evaluated and operated with 50 Afghan National Army soldiers on remote patrol bases for 7 months in volatile areas of Helmand Province, Afghanistan. During that deployment, planned and participated in 3 major offensive combat operations involving up to 100 Marines and Afghan soldiers. During my first deployment, formed, trained and supervised a 10 person intelligence fusion team to provide support for classified missions in the Horn of Africa. Recognized with Navy Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for contributions to successful operations in Afghanistan and Africa.
