Hard working, Enthusiastic, Dynamic and effective football Manager/Coach and Alternative Provision Manager at Oak Academy. Currently qualified up to FA UEFA 'B' Licence and I have completed the FA Youth Award. I have a passion for helping and leading others in their quest to better themselves in all areas of their lives. My two roles of work overlap heavily as I am keen to bring sports coaching methods into main stream education, I believe that player/student productivity increases if we get the individual management right and assist them in as many areas of their lives as possible.
