Worked as a software developer intern and then a software tester intern on a development team for Magnet AXIOM (digital forensics desktop app) using WPF. Wrote and tested code for software feature request tickets or bug fixes during sprints in an agile development team environment, using C# and XAML languages.

Worked alongside crew staff to upkeep product inventory and deliver an excellent customer experience in a busy environment. Advertised new products to customers with tasting demos. Took care of restocking any shelves in need. Worked at the cash register and followed health guidelines. Did chores that are needed around the store. Worked with a diverse group of people of all races and ages.

As a part of IT Operations, I was responsible to help fix technology issues related to hardware or software. I worked with a small team of IT specialists to support a company with 500+ employees with IT issues and requests, in-person at offices at HQ, or remotely across several US states. Addressed IT helpdesk tickets and incoming calls to the helpdesk. Was exposed to Active Directory and became familiar with ServiceNow and LogMeIn Rescue. Also joined other interns in MEMIC's tech department to help develop a streamlined onboarding platform for the company.
