Current-Communicating with current and future clients to identify their needs, schedule appointments, and maintain relationships to maximize sales opportunities.-Organizing and executing open house tours for sellers to potential buyers. Scheduling to see houses and attending showings with clients. -Participating in weekly team meetings, proactively monitoring & updating MLS searches for buyers daily, and drafting/reviewing contracts, agreements, AVIDs, etc.-Prospecting buyers to generate transactions using lead-generating services and business-supporting tools such as Chime, Ylopo, Mojo, Sisu, Vulcan 7, CoStar, MLS, DocuSign, Supra, ZipForms, Glide, Slack, Homesnap, Landvoice, Realist, Title, etc.*Member of South Bay Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors*
