Network Support Engineer
CurrentProviding Support to a Large School in Canterbury & Roaming Support• Level 1 and 2 technical support for software, hardware, printing, VoIP, and AV systems.• Respond to support tickets within a 7-day SLA using ConnectWise Manage.• Manage and maintain the school's computer fleet, overseeing leasing/lease rollover.• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including students, teachers, principals, admin staff, and contractors for internal projects.• Ensure ongoing communication with key contacts, keeping them informed of resolution processes.• Develop documentation using Hudu, for new engineers or service desk employees, covering site-specific processes and client requirements.
