ℹ️ Process Improvement | Project Management | Product DevelopmentGrowing and up-skilling the QA division enabled me to take a senior position; spearheading projects that span across the business and involved many teams. Using A/B testing, statistical analysis and employing the DMAIC process allowed me to improve various aspects of QA and Operations as a whole.Creation of Monzo's Self Serve QA-RCA tool enabled everyone in the business to explore QA data to varying levels of granularity and specificity. Changing the way we collected, transformed, and presented data through a custom built tool meant all divisions ranging from Outsourcing to 2LOD could self-serve validated QA data without needing Analyst support.

ℹ️ Process Creation | Financial Regulation | Data Engineering As Monzo's first ever QA Analyst I designed and embedded various processes; including Check-The-Checker (CTC), Cross-Domain Journey Reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Pulse Checks and Re-marks.I integrated our CTC and RCA methods into our QA system using SQL & DBT models. The Re-marks process required me to make a JavaScript applet that utilised the Slack API to make the workflow efficient and seamless. All data endpoints were structured in a scalable & reusable way in LookML ready for visualisation.

ℹ️ Leadership | Stakeholder Management | HiringMy role as a Quality Assessor required detailed knowledge of financial regulation with the ability to deliver constructive and balanced feedback.Being one of the first QA'ers at Monzo allowed me to step into an interim QA Lead role. During these 6 months I recruited, trained and managed QA'ers; tripling the headcount within QA whilst hiring externally for a permanent QA Lead.During this time I also spearheaded a project in revamping our QA system; this involved organising engineering support, focus groups, iterative testing, stakeholder management and integration into BI/MI tools.Upon hiring and onboarding the permanent QA Lead, I was offered the position of Monzo's first ever QA Analyst.

Using RPC's I was able to diagnose and fix various bugs customers were experiencing, as well as support the improvement of app features and stability.
