I currently oversee the talent acquisition team for the California State Teachers' Retirement System. Together, we recruit and retain the best talent to support CalSTRS business objectives to fund retirement benefits for the teachers of California. Previously, I worked for the Public Employees' Retirement System, the largest public pension fund in the US. I served in various human resources roles including leading investment office and executive level recruitments. Additionally at CalPERS, I managed an audit team to monitor contracted employers to ensure accurate benefit payments.
