Scope of the System Capacity Planning (SCP) department is the analysis and management of BC’s natural gas piping system and the recommendation of operational actions and capital plans based on hydraulic analyses. In order to meet this objective, SCP uses processes that ensure the systematic and economic expansion of the distribution pressure, intermediate pressure and transmission pressure systems while maintaining adequate pressure for all firm customers.

Historical Engineering Design Files Organization

Main responsibilities were co-managing 2 R&D projects on In-Vivo Embolic Detector funded by the European Space Agency (ESA); designing, manufacturing, operating pilot plant on liquid-gas (two-phase) flow studies; designing and performing experiments (DOE) and tests on pilot plants; specifying, procuring, and qualifying new equipment; compiling records and interpreting experimental results; assisting the project manager in report writing; presentation preparation; improving experimental device for zero-gravity experiments for parabolic flight campaigns; HAZOP study; installing control instruments like liquid flow meters, pressure indicators, transducers, pumps and experimental test sections.•Successfully completed two complex projects in the area of astronautical hygiene•Designed, manufactured prototype experimental device resulting in further projects
