I had overall responsibility for the planning, structuring, leading and executing projects or programmes of high risk and complexity within the business. My foremost responsibility was leading the proposed replacement of the existing Damgaard Axapta ERP system. This role included analysis of business ‘to-be’ requirements for all disciplines across business.

Upon major restructuring within the group I assumed shared responsibility for core finance and commercial systems, these systems had a customer base of over 1,000 staff across the UK.
