The framework came with 2 week time bound sprints, review and retro feedback loops that provided some transparency and team feedback opportunities. I built a solid working relationship with the business support co-ordinator,developers and business stakeholders, refining work items to support 20 sprints and ensuring supporting impact assessment documentation was prepared so the business was ready to accept the new features and functionality. A digital product backlog and roadmap in ClickUp covering multiple Simple Online Healthcare products and projects supported the delivery framework. Focus was on NHS repeat prescription product roadmap, NHS patient medication and prescription data, integration with 3rd party API suppliers, including robot integration for pouch dispensing, preparing user stories and pitch documents for developer building.
