As a leader within the Racial Equity Workgroup I am responsible for setting goals and leading discussions on ways to improve our organizations relationship with Racial Equity as we seek to provide equal opportunities to all.

As a Human Resources Coordinator for MCTS I facilitate full-cycle recruitment and internal transfers across all MCTS departments. Working with department managers and current staff to make the best possible candidate experience for new employees, while adding top talent to the existing teams. I also lead the Racial Equity Work Group, designated to ensure our continued progress to that end.

Working onsite at Northwestern Mutual, I functioned as a full life-cycle recruiter and HR generalist, managing employee relations for 400+ contractors within the organization.

Working as a retail manager within the Eastern Milwaukee Store, I was responsible for staff production levels and customer experience. In addition I was responsible for interviewing and hiring for my home store and new stores that were opening in the area.

Responsible for cultivating relationships and broadening the base for the Professional Division, Finance which included 150 different accounts for which I provided direct support for campaigns. Working with senior leadership to plan events to engage employees in the United Way Campaign and engaged audiences from C.E.O leadership to entire work-groups.

Functioned as the Employee Relations and Human Resources department for New Berlin Facilities weekend shift. This included reviewing payroll, handling employee and manager questions and concerns, setting up fingerprint security clearances and on-boarding new employees.
