I have accumulated knowledge on plants and landscaping, and the business aspect of the store.Business aspects that I focused on include learning about the sales required to be successful, making sure our margins are profitable, and leaving the customers happy.I am especially interested in a company that cares about its employees. At Earl May, purchasing the best quality product at the best price for ourselves and also our customers, is necessary to increase profits and grow as a business. Learning about the customers values, wants, needs, and concerns, helped me to be the best possible salesman I could be. The customers success and happiness was top always top priority.
