• Responsible for the execution of BAU and promotional activity plan for the Brand and Platform (Brand Store, Campaign Page, Product Page) - Shopee & Lazada • Provide insights on BAU basis and post Campaign performance by tracking in real time in Seller Centre and makes recommendations or solutions to drive the business growth• Responsible of the maintenance of content on the product pages, pricing, descriptions, attributes to ensure that all products are SEM & SEO optimized on platform

• Coordinate and implement the eCommerce activities in accordance with the annual eCommerce plan, including promotion planning, execution, monitoring and KPI performance analysis with assign accounts such as Shopee, Lazada, Pandamart.• Develop, implement and execute e-commerce strategies with the marketing team to drive online sales and traffic by monitoring platform-specific sales on annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet/exceed sales targets. • Analyze and evaluate post campaign performance metrics (i.e. Conversion Rates, Traffic, Average Order Value) to identify key learnings and opportunities to grow further.• Oversee product listings and ensure the product content page with accurate PDP, pricing, sufficient stocks and product descriptions that match the brand strategic plan and launch date. • Monitor the sales performance against the budget, sales rebate spends and accruals for assigned accounts.

• Achieving sales targets and account objectives (budgets, ranging & distribution, shelf management, promotional activity & trade partnerships) • Comparative analysis by outlet of sales results to actual and budget and previous year. • Accounts Manage: Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer

• To manage selected Local-chain accounts (Aeon BIG, Mynews.com, WH Smith, KK Mart, TF Value, NSK, The Store) to achieve the company's sales objectives.• To plan and execute sales initiatives, strategies and programs with the chain accounts, aiming to achieve competitive edge in the area of sales turnover, merchandising and distribution. • Working on defined A&P budget in meeting top and bottom lines with the assigned key account chain. • Collaborate with branches and operation team to ensure effective trade promotion and merchandising excellence at trade level. • Tabulating and analyzing of sales and market intelligence data in effectively managing key customers to deliver sales and profit objectives.
