The D1 Basketball scholastic program is built to take players games to the next level regardless of your age or skill level. D1 Adult Programs include Basketball Cardio Class, Adult Open Court, and Adult Leagues.The Youth Program (ages 10 and under )focus starts with establishing fundamental skills that are essential to learning how to play basketball. Shooting, passing, ball handling , and learning the rules of basketball. The Junior Program (11-14) focuses on developing fundamental skills and progressing towards becoming a competitive basketball player through drills and scrimmages.Junior Elite Program (11-14) is designed to create a high intensity, fast paced, competitive environment for children with advanced skill levelHigh School Program will focus on improving specific basketball skill sets while also implementing an understanding of basketball systems and terminologyElite Program (HS ,College,) will focus on cutting edge basketball training drills that include speed and agility, basketball skill specific drills, and competitive scrimmages.Collegiate & Professional D1 Training will address a players major areas of concern while developing and improving the skills needed for them to become successful at the collegiate and professional level. Training curriculum includes basketball position & specific conditioning workouts while reducing the normal wear and tear on the athletes body.
